Dear Sir,

    I am writing this letter in reference to Ashley Hoban.  I wanted to personally send a letter to let you know how much my family and I appreciate Ashley and all of the hard work she has done for us.  We have used Kaylor Kent two times in the past year, and each time, Ashley has handled our case. 

    She has worked tirelessly for us, and made us feel as though we were the only people she was working with, when we know that isn't the case.  She has called us after hours and when her son was ill to make sure that everything was going as planned.  When problems arose, Ashley contacted us immediately and handled those problems quickly.  She also looked out for our best interest and voiced concerns when we were looking into purchasing a questionable property.

    Marilyn and I wanted to express our appreciation to you and your staff and especially Ashley Hoban for the excellent service we received in obtaining the mortgage for our new home.  As you know, this is the third home for which we have obtained a mortgage through Ashley's hard work.  The last mortgage process was a bit unusual for us because we began with a construction loan that Ashley arranged and then transitioned to a permanent loan.  Throughout the entire process, Ashley kept in touch with us and advised us of interest rate trends and loan plans.  When the time arrived for the permanent loan, she handled our paperwork quickly and efficiently.  She also promised that she would keep us informed of rate changes that could benefit us until a final commitment had to be made.  She lived up to her promise and managed to locate a great loan product and a very good rate that we were able to obtain only days before our loan was scheduled to close.  Her action saved us a considerable amount on our monthly payment.
